Membership Agreement

1. Parties and Subject

This Membership Agreement has been drawn up between Arotolia (the “Site”) and the user who becomes a member of the Site (the “Member”). The Agreement sets out the Member's membership rights and obligations on arotolia.com. By completing the registration process, the Member declares that they have read and accepted this Agreement.

2. Membership Conditions

Membership begins when the Member completes the registration form with accurate, current and complete information and accepts this Agreement. The Member declares that they are over 18 years of age. The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of their account details and password, and for all transactions carried out through their account.

3. Obligations of the Member

• To ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date,
• Not to share account details or password with third parties,
• To use the Site in compliance with the applicable legislation, public morality and this Agreement,
• Not to engage in any unlawful or harmful conduct, or conduct that would infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Protection of Personal Data

The Member's personal data is processed and protected under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), in accordance with the principles set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy and Security Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, images and designs on the Site belong to Arotolia and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

The Site reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time; the updated text enters into force as soon as it is published on the Site. The Member may request the termination of their membership at any time via info@arotolia.com. In the event of a breach of the Agreement, the Site may temporarily suspend or terminate the membership.

7. Entry into Force

The Agreement enters into force upon the Member's electronic acceptance of this Agreement during registration.
