Return and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

At Arotolia, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. Your orders and return processes are handled in accordance with the conditions below.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped by sending an e-mail to info@arotolia.com or by contacting our customer service.

For orders that have not yet been shipped, the amount collected is refunded within the statutory periods in a manner appropriate to your payment method.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, the provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation concerning exceptions to the right of withdrawal are reserved.

For cosmetic, aromatherapy, personal care, essential oil, carrier oil, hydrosol and similar products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product's protective packaging, security band, seal or hygiene protection has been opened, if the product has been used, or if it has been handled in a way that renders it unfit for resale.

3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For products that are unsuitable for return on health and hygiene grounds, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

In this context:

Products whose protective packaging, security band or seal has been opened,
Products that have been used or tried, or whose contents have been depleted,
Cosmetic and personal care products that are no longer fit for resale,
Essential oils, carrier oils, hydrosols and other aromatherapy products whose packaging has been opened,

cannot be considered within the scope of returns and the right of withdrawal.

4. DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order is delivered damaged, broken, leaking, incomplete or with the wrong product, you must notify us at info@arotolia.com within 3 business days of the date of receipt, including your order number and photographs of the product.

If the inspection reveals a product-related fault, an exchange or refund will be provided.

5. RETURN PROCESS

Products accepted for return must be sent back complete, in their original packaging and with all accessories, if any.

Where the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, the product price is refunded within the periods stipulated in the applicable legislation using the same payment method.
